Account and data

Take your judgment archive with you before closing your account.

You can request closure of your Turaly account and deletion of its associated data. We recommend exporting a JSON backup first.

Export your data

Sign in to Turaly, open the account menu in the upper-right corner, choose “Export full backup,” and save the JSON file.

Send a request

From your registered email address, send “Close my Turaly account” to sccxxx1008@gmail.com.

Verify and complete

We will verify your identity through your registered email address and then delete the account and its associated judgment data.

Please note

Account deletion cannot be undone.

Deletion includes account information, judgments, key assumptions, evidence, and review records. The minimum records required for legal compliance, security incident handling, or dispute resolution may be retained for the applicable statutory period, then deleted or anonymized.
