Turaly is a tool for recording personal judgments, assumptions, evidence, and review processes. Structural health, confidence scores, and change histories are aids for organizing thought. They are not investment, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and they do not represent objective probabilities.

Account responsibility

You should provide a working email address, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for activity on your account. Contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another user's data.

User content

You retain rights to the content you create. You authorize Turaly to process that content only as needed to provide storage, synchronization, export, and security. You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload or record does not violate another person's rights.

Changes and availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security issues, or product upgrades may make some functions temporarily unavailable. We recommend exporting important data regularly as your own backup.
